Responsibilities - (1) Finance Assistant

  • Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable.
  • Perform day-to-day operational activities including invoicing, payments and collections.
  • Perform monthly bank reconcilation.
  • In charge of all journal entries posting in the accounting system.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from management time to time.

Responsibilities - (2) Admin Assistant

  • Admin Support
  • Order stationery, beverage.
  • filing
  • calcuate staff leave / pay
  • Process expense claim
  • Data Entry


Must have experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, Admin with or without experience are welcome to apply
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Experienced in MYOB software.
  • Able to work independently, proactive with minimum supervisor and a team player.
  • Meticulous, systematic and self-motivated individual
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
  • Our Company do not have quoto for foreign worker
