Accounts Assistant [Malaysia]


 
  • Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other related functions.
  • Manage daily accounting operations and documentation for AP, AR & GL function.
  • To verify invoice received and liaise with the suppliers for reconciliation of statement of account.
  • Maintain the accounts file by filing all the relevant documents properly.
  • Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Handling of daily account operation activities; such as performing data entry for invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and etc into SQL Accounting software.
  • Ensure that records and information are kept up-to-date.
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting field and above.
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience, fresh graduate and Interns are encouraged to apply!
  • Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and team work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Proficiency in SQL or any accounting software is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
