What does a VIP Host do?
- Build and develop solid relationships with SkyCity's premier Gaming Machine customers
- Assist customers with any booking requests i.e Restaurants, Hotels, travel
- Promote marketing events & activities
- Ensure our customers are gaming responsibly
- Proactively monitor uncarded players, action facial recognition and long stay alert information, provide Host Responsibility information to our guests.
Would you make a good Host? Are you;
- A friendly and outgoing person who knows how to go the extra mile
- A strong verbal communicator who is comfortable approaching people & making conversation
- Sensitive and empathetic to others needs
- Someone who has pride in their appearance with a professional image
- Over 20 years of age with a good credit history
- Available to work a range of shifts, particularly over nights & weekends
